We will use your responses to generate a "rough-estimate"

Once we review your submitted information and clarify any needed details, we’ll provide a rough estimate. This is not the final quote. Exact pricing will depend on processing the actual items .

 After all details and particulars are confirmed, we will issue your final quote. If you decide to move forward, a 20% deposit will be required to begin preparing your order.

Once your 20% deposit is received, we will begin gathering materials and preparing for shipment. The remaining balance is due upon arrival at the final destination before release.

We’ll confirm your order completion, and share departure and expected port arrival dates, and send tracking updates via text, email, or phone. You can track shipment in the "shipping Dates" page. Once your shipment reaches the port, it will be unloaded and brought to the agreed pickup location. You can track your shipment on the "Shipping Dates" page

When your shipment arrives, you’ll receive the final invoice for the remaining balance. Once payment clears, your goods will be released and our Ghana Agent will be in touch with you . If we haven’t confirmed delivery details yet, we will verify them with you here.
